Medical Review Policy
This policy describes when and how clinical content on this website is medically reviewed.
What gets reviewed
Pages that describe treatments, candidacy, risks, recovery, or clinical claims — service pages and health articles — are the priority for clinical review. Practice-information pages (hours, directions, policies) do not require clinical review.
Who reviews
Clinical review is performed by a licensed dentist. A page names its reviewer and review date only after that dentist has actually reviewed the page content. We never attribute review to a clinician who has not performed it.
Review cadence
Reviewed pages are re-examined when clinical guidance changes, when the page's content materially changes, and otherwise on a periodic cycle. Pages awaiting review display no reviewer attribution — the absence of a reviewer line means clinical review is pending, not that the content is unverified marketing.
Boundaries
Even reviewed content is general information. It cannot diagnose your situation, and it is not a substitute for an examination. For recommendations specific to you, schedule a visit.
